- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. If you need to make a change to your order, please call, email, or send a message using our Contact Us form.
- We only accept one coupon code per order.
- Please keep in mind that personalized items are custom made to order and take 7-14 days to process. (During the holiday season, orders may take longer due to higher order volume.)
- Non-personalized orders take 2-5 days to process. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they will ship together. Some monogrammed items may ship separately if needed at the discretion of Bekah's Custom Boutique.
- Shipping charges are calculated using USPS rates. Larger orders may be sent using another carrier such as UPS or FedEx. For large group orders, we recommend you contact us for a quote before placing an order.
- Bekah's Custom Boutique is not responsible for delays with shipping, products lost, or damaged in the mail.
- If your package has not arrived, please check the tracking info. If there is a problem, please contact the courier before contacting us.
- If your tracking info confirms the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We can not be held accountable for packages where tracking shows delivered.

- We are not responsible if package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. If an item is not delivered in time, please contact the carrier directly. We will not refund additional shipping charges if carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you wish to change the shipping address after order is created, then please contact us immediately! We will do our best to make the change but we can not guarantee we will be able to do so.
- We do not accept returns for personalized items unless there is a manufacturer defect. For defective items, we must be notified within 3 days of delivery. We will also require a photo of the defect. If you have a problem with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
